Returns and Warranties
Gameday-Collectibles wants you to be totally satisfied with any purchase you make from our store. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund of the item’s purchase price minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. Please see below for the particular time frame for returning specific items. All merchandise must be returned with tags, labels and receipts intact, and in original condition.
If you wish to return items you can e-mail us, or call us at 720-869-3261 to request a return authorization number. Please make sure you obtain a return authorization number prior to sending an order back for refund or exchange. We can only accept returned packages that have an RA# written clearly on the outside of the package. Upon receiving the returned merchandise (and appropriate tags, receipts), Gameday-Collectibles will credit the account originally charged within 7 business days from receipt of the return. Damaged From Shipping
If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact Customer Service immediately at 1-888-510-8404. Do not open carton. As we will direct you with what to do. If carton is opened restocking fee goes into effect.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
When item(s) shipped from Gameday-Collectibles at time of purchase, then the 30-day return policy applies once the item(s) are received.
Gameday-Collectibles may assess a restocking fee of 10% ($2.00 minimum) for shipped items. If an item is returned to us without a Return Authorization number then the restocking fee will be 15% ($2.00 minimum). All shipped items must be returned within 30 calendar days from arrival date. All items returned past 30 days will have a restocking fee of 50% ($2.00 minimum) and only a Gameday-Collectibles in store credit will be issued.
Returning an Item
If you wish to return items you can email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 888-510-8404 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please make sure you obtain a return authorization number prior to sending an order back for refund or exchange as we can only accept returned packages that have an return authorization number written clearly on the outside of the package. Please call or email us for more information or special customer service issues.
All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise (and appropriate tags, receipts), we will credit the account originally charged within 1 credit card billing cycle from receipt of the return. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@Gameday-Collectibles.com and send your item to: Gameday-Collectibles, 24679 E Applewood Dr, Unit 206, Aurora, CO 80016.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
